Role

We are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive. Reporting to the UK Sales Manger, you will identify and drive new business in the Advanced Materials business unit.

Responsibilities

Create a business development plan with the UK Sales Manager for the Advanced Materials business unit.
To manage and develop new and current accounts. Gaining approval for Cristex’s offerings.
Preparation of quotes / sampling and subsequently follow ups.
Liaise with various manufacturing units throughout the World.
Attendance at appropriate trade shows and presentations.
Overseas visits to various sites around the World.
Liaise with our internal sales support team to ensure customers support is maintained at the highest level.
Achieve/exceed agreed Sales Targets.

Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive with the primary role of sales development and management of customers to identify needs, and new sales opportunities and build strong business relationships through calls, emails, and remote meetings. You will need to be proactive in your approach to driving sales growth and developing relationships with new customers, as well as nurturing our existing database. You will act as the liaison between existing and potential customers, Business Development Managers, and other key departments.

Maintenance Engineer

Reporting to the Production Team Leaders, the Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth running of the machinery and equipment, as well as performing general maintenance tasks related to the site services. The overall aim of this role will be to minimise downtime through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), improve production facilities, reduce the costs of breakdowns, resource and repairs, and increase overall reliability and safety of the plant, personnel and production processes.

Financial Controller

The role of Financial Controller heads up the day-to-day management of the Finance department (team of 5) in support of the FD, providing reporting and analysis of financial data and contributing towards management decisions. This really is a great role to allow growth and development, as the FD is part-time and thus the role requires a degree of autonomy. It also provides the opportunity to implement changes and improvements to ensure the entire finance function and team are efficient and are delivering accurate, robust timely data that enables the Directors to make fully informed decisions.
