VERICUT is the industry standard when it comes to simulation, verification and optimisation of CNC machines. It detects collisions and near-misses between all machine tool components such as axis slides, heads, turrets, rotary tables, spindles, tool changers, fixtures, workpieces, cutting tools, and other user-defined objects. Only the production simulation of the NC data, i.e. the machine code, offers companies sufficient security for their machining processes.
For the user, VERICUT is the only sure way to simulate the real processing situation with a “virtual processing machine on the desk” and is completely independent of control, CAM system or CNC machine.
