We introduce our Vehicle Lightweight Exoskeleton Structures (VLES) technology, crafted for hypercars and high-performance vehicles that demand an ultra-lightweight, optimized design. Through advanced topology optimization, VLES technology sculpts efficient 3D structures by selectively removing material while retaining strength, reducing complexity and refining every aspect of vehicle structure.
The VLES approach features body structures meticulously crafted from lightweight carbon fiber composites, ensuring strength and agility. Our innovative closure design raises the height of the side walls, significantly enhancing body torsional stiffness compared to traditional Monocoque structures in hypercars. This strategic improvement results in structures approximately 15-20% lighter than competing hypercar frameworks, including the McLaren P1.
Our technology further incorporates advanced battery solutions with cells capable of discharging at rates of up to 60A per cell. This innovation enables a battery pack that is 35% smaller than that of the Tesla Model S Plaid, all while delivering comparable power output. VLES technology is engineered to elevate performance, efficiency, and agility in the world of elite automotive design.
