Using spark erosion allows for shapes, forms and surface finishes (E.g. 0 VDI) to be created that are otherwise impossible or impractical with conventional machining techniques.
This service is offered on our Sodick AD55L and our GF Machining Solutions Form 20. We do also have 2 manual Charmilles E110’s which are occasionally used when required.
