Retrofit sensors onto Machines to monitor the vitals of the machines and control the machines

The picture represents a custom sensor based automation solution developed for a large automotive parts manufacturer. Around 10 sensors were retrofitted onto the hydraulic pack of the machine. The same controller also manages two actuators, taps onto one 24v and one 240v outputs from a pressure and level switch. If the oil level goes below a certain limit the valve will be automatically turned on and if the motor coil temp exceeds the threshold and remains unattended will result in the shut down of the machine.
Any custom solution can be tailor made as per the customer requirement.
