PWB-EVOSET ToolBoy Tool holding and clamping fixture.

The PWB-EVOSET ToolBoy system is a bench mounted tool assembly and disassembly fixture. the solid base unit is bolted to a rigid surface then the require tool shank, interchangeable head can be easily fitted to give a solid fixture to work on the tools. Heads are available for all common tool shanks, DIN 69871/DIN 2080, JIS B 6339 (MAS-BT), ANSI CATV-Flange, HSK (Form A-F), DIN69880 VDI 3425, Kennanetal Widia/Tizit, Sandvik Capto and even custom ones can be provided to match your needs. Once the head and tool are mounted, a simple twist of the cam handle can see the head rotated to any one of 8 locations at 45′ indexing whiles securely clamping onto the tool shank. This allows work on the top but also on the underside such as fitting or removing coolant tubes.
Never again damage a tool holder, shank or adapter trying to tighten a collet or Nut or risk operator injury holding on to cutting tools when trying to assemble them.
