ICS – Interactive Composite Systems ™ is Loson’s patented technology designed to turn composite components into active sensors, to collect real time operating data.
ICS™ Programmable Amplifiers are the core of data collection and signal amplification of the system. These components are fully programmable, not only to receive firmware updates as we develop them, but also to use the best software for each task and measurement scenario. This feature enables to use the same amplifier for tasks as different as measuring distance from ground and ice thickness.
ICS™ Programmable Amplifiers are highly scalable and can accommodate from 2 to 20 channels, allowing for great flexibility in building the sensor architecture. Our amplifiers are also available in the mini version, to be easily integrated in systems of all kinds and sizes.
ICS™ Programmable Amplifiers support 4 transmission protocols: Canbus, Modbus, I/O link and Ethernet to be easily integrated in automotive, industrial automation, energy production or aerospace systems.
ICS™ Programmable Amplifiers integrate with ICS™ – Modular Sensing Units to complete the sensing system.
All components can be bought separately for self integration and assembly. Loson can provide the integration to design an integrated ICS Sensing Unit, complete with sensors and connections and lamination instructions for self production, or can engineer and produce the full, sensorized component.
