Floreon Therma-Tech is a groundbreaking PLA-based compound designed for durable applications requiring flame retardancy. Engineered as a sustainable replacement for FR ABS & FR PC-ABS, it offers comparable durability with a significantly lower carbon footprint, up to seven times less than FR ABS & FR PC-ABS.

Sustainable and Safe:
Floreon Therma-Tech is derived from renewable, sustainably sourced crops, ensuring minimal environmental impact. It is the first PLA to achieve UL94V-0 yellow card certification, indicating its self-extinguishing flame-retardant properties. This halogen-free compound is safer and more eco-friendly than traditional flame-retarded ABS.

High Performance:
Floreon Therma-Tech matches the durability of flame-retarded ABS. It works seamlessly with existing manufacturing processes, including injection moulding, extrusion, and 3D printing, enhancing production efficiency with its high heat deflection temperature (HDT).

Industry Standards:
Compliant with EN 60335 Electrical Appliance Standard, Floreon Therma-Tech meets requirements for fire resistance (UL94 HB and above), heat resistance, and impact strength.
