Sinterworx G4 is our proprietary graphite-reinforced plastic material developed exclusively for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing. Building on our F1 Motorsport expertise from developing the Sinterworx C6 material, we created G4 to meet the demands of high-performance sports cars. Its success has extended into other sectors where functional, high-quality components are essential.
This innovative material combines the versatility of nylon 12 (PA12) with the enhanced properties of graphite reinforcement, resulting in a cost-effective solution with excellent mechanical characteristics and a superior black surface finish.
