During 2022 we invested in 2 x Robocrib VX1000 Tool Vending Systems. Together with the accompanying Autocrib software these have taken us closer to having complete control of all of our tooling. From the smallest insert screw or shim, to the biggest U drills and tool holders, we can now enjoy real time vision of everything we have within the business. The system links all machines, workstations and storage facilities, and enables the operator to see all available tooling at the click of a button.
We hope to enjoy continued efficiencies from this in the coming years.
