The Engineering & Design Technical Services Unit at the University of Bath have recently taken ownership of a Compcut 500 Advanced Composite Saw – This machine has been purchased to help streamline their specimen manufacturing process.
This purchase was in part due to the innovative cutting approach utilised by the Compcut 500, combined with its accuracy, automated processes and enhanced safety features.
We are pleased to hear this new machine is already proving extremely popular with both the composites team and the workshop staff.
