This allows personnel costs to be reduced, system availability to be increased and quality to be improved at the same time.
Challenge us: no component has ever been too big and no quantity has been too high for us! Our largest production line implemented to date consisted of 9 plasma nitriding systems, 15 articulated arm robots, 5 gantry robots, 100 m of automatic crane system and many 100 meters of conveyor belt. The largest annual volume we have produced to date is around 30 million parts.
Depending on the component geometry, quantity and requirements for integration into your production, Eltropuls delivers individually tailored solutions. Sometimes it can make sense to automate only partial steps, such as rack transport. A fully automated solution is chosen, especially when several sub-areas need to be covered or the number of items is very high.
