ECM Technologies, a subsidiary of the ECM Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Taiwanese Metals Industry Research and Development Center (MIRDC). Last December, MIRDC and ECM Technologies announced the creation of the Asia Pacific Synergy Center for vacuum heat treatment. This research and innovation centre will enable the Taiwanese institute to support local industries in the manufacture of precision parts, and ECM Technologies to have a demonstration platform in East Asia.
This bilateral agreement will enable both parties to develop their activities in Asia around vacuum heat treatment technologies.
