This role typically includes:
• dealing with customer enquiries via email, phone and occasionally face to face
• offering clients product guidance where applicable – for which full training will be provided
• producing quotes
• processing orders
• marketing duties including updating company social media and website
• email marketing
• assisting with the planning and exhibiting at trade shows
• managing the CRM system
Essential Attributes/Qualifications:
• good communication skills
• excellent telephone manner
• co-ordination of multiple tasks
• retention of information
• computer literate
• minimum GCSE Level C/Grade 5 in English and Maths
In-house training is provided.
