Job description: This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who wants to carve out a sales career for themselves in the exciting additive manufacturing market. Initially the role will primarily be that of ‘ Digital (Inside) Sales’, however, as the business expands territory sales roles will become available to pursue (if you wish to). As you would expect these will be awarded based on merit and performance and carry much more responsibility.

Working out of our Romsley Office and Showroom it will be important to have a good manner with people you invite to see the technology. You will also be aware of the day to day performance levels required from a sales office such as answering telephones in a timely manner, responding to inbound leads quickly, and making the agreed number of telephone calls set by the UK Sales Manager.

Hard chrome/Silver/copper/ENP/cadmium/Zinc Nickel/Passivation/Chromic/Sulphuric/hard anodising, this list is not exhaustive.
Main Responsiblities
Loading components on to jig fixtures
Loading and unloading loaded jigs in to acid, alkaline and plating chemical solutions.
Setting temperature, voltage and current controls
Masking off areas that don’t require plating, using masking agents, bungs and tapes
Dipping or brushing products with chemical solutions
Monitoring of electroplating process
Carry out basic quality checks
De-jigging components from jigging assemblies
Removing of masking agents using mechanical and chemical methods
Transferring newly coated items to finishing or storage area
Ensuring that work is undertaken in compliance with regulations, manuals and company policy;
Ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and report any concern to supervision

The role of Financial Controller heads up the day-to-day management of the Finance department (team of 5) in support of the FD, providing reporting and analysis of financial data and contributing towards management decisions. Reporting to the Production Team Leaders, the Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth running of the machinery and equipment, as well as performing general maintenance tasks related to the site services. The overall aim of this role will be to minimise downtime through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), improve production facilities, reduce the costs of breakdowns, resource and repairs, and increase overall reliability and safety of the plant, personnel and production processes.

Budget setting by part for full programmes

Supporting global Cost Benchmarking & Budget Setting activities

Generation of cost reduction ideas

Job Summary
Non-Destructive Testing of components by the Magnetic Particle, Fluorescent Penetrant, Acid Etch inspection methods, Pre-Penetrant Etch, Visual Inspection plus Hardness and Conductivity Testing.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that work is undertaken in compliance with regulations, manuals, techniques and company policy;
Ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and report any concern to supervision
Liaise with the NDT Supervisor as and when required
Report any maintenance issues to NDT supervision and management
Report to NDT supervision on issues that could affect the running of the process
Ensure area is kept to a clean standard and any 5S and Audit actions are actioned
Support any actions necessary to improve quality or process improvement
Set up equipment, conduct system performance checks and perform tests
Raise required Technique Sheets
Review NDT specifications
Sign off NDT contract reviews
Raise Complete NDT AQP’s

Under the supervision of the Testia Limited Managing Director and in collaboration with the Testia team in the region, your mission includes:
● Writing inspections reports.
● Participating in the development of feasibility studies by leading non destructive tests on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures… etc. and determining the most
● Ultrasonic, Eddy Current & Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and Radiographic Testing level 2 NDT qualifications, at least in 2 of these methods.

We are looking for a hands on Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Powertrain team responsible for the mechanical design and development of Powertrain system projects. You will be responsible for producing, checking, and approving design evidence, work instructions, and customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and reliability. You will manage outsourced work, approve designs for manufacture, and present robust design solutions to stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and develop engineering guides and standards.

You will be degree qualified with experience in leading the engineering of automotive or motorsport systems/components as part of an OEM, tier 1 supplier, engineering consultancy or motorsport team. You will have demonstrable experience of managing, scheduling, budgeting and resourcing of a significant engineering task or project while having experience of mechanical design of high voltage battery assemblies.
