We are looking for an experienced anodiser to join our team. You will be responsible for running anodising processes to treat metal parts and ensuring they meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate anodising equipment
Inspect parts before and after anodising
Prepare parts by cleaning, masking, and racking
Monitor and maintain chemical baths
Keep equipment in good working condition
Follow health and safety rules
Requirements:
Experience in anodising, ideally in hard anodising
Knowledge of anodising equipment and processes
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow technical instructions
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
Understanding of health and safety in an industrial setting
