You’ll leverage your expertise to measure and inspect components accurately. Your proficiency in reading engineering drawings, including GD&T, and your mastery of various measuring tools and equipment, such as CMM and 3D Laser Scanners, will ensure the highest standards of quality. Working out of our Romsley Office and Showroom it will be important to have a good manner with people you invite to see the technology. You will also be aware of the day to day performance levels required from a sales office such as answering telephones in a timely manner, responding to inbound leads quickly, and making the agreed number of telephone calls set by the UK Sales Manager.

Main Responsiblities
Loading components on to jig fixtures
Loading and unloading loaded jigs in to acid, alkaline and plating chemical solutions.
Setting temperature, voltage and current controls
Masking off areas that don’t require plating, using masking agents, bungs and tapes
Dipping or brushing products with chemical solutions
Monitoring of electroplating process
Carry out basic quality checks
De-jigging components from jigging assemblies
Removing of masking agents using mechanical and chemical methods
Transferring newly coated items to finishing or storage area
Ensuring that work is undertaken in compliance with regulations, manuals and company policy;
Ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and report any concern to supervision

Job Summary
Non-Destructive Testing of components by the Magnetic Particle, Fluorescent Penetrant, Acid Etch inspection methods, Pre-Penetrant Etch, Visual Inspection plus Hardness and Conductivity Testing.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that work is undertaken in compliance with regulations, manuals, techniques and company policy;
Ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and report any concern to supervision
Liaise with the NDT Supervisor as and when required
Report any maintenance issues to NDT supervision and management
Report to NDT supervision on issues that could affect the running of the process
Ensure area is kept to a clean standard and any 5S and Audit actions are actioned
Support any actions necessary to improve quality or process improvement
Set up equipment, conduct system performance checks and perform tests
Raise required Technique Sheets
Review NDT specifications
Sign off NDT contract reviews
Raise Complete NDT AQP’s

Under the supervision of the Testia Limited Managing Director and in collaboration with the Testia team in the region, your mission includes:
● Writing inspections reports.
● Participating in the development of feasibility studies by leading non destructive tests on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures… etc. and determining the most
● Ultrasonic, Eddy Current & Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and Radiographic Testing level 2 NDT qualifications, at least in 2 of these methods.
● English written and spoken

All applicants are required to demonstrate their formal qualifications this will include;
● Formal certificated classroom training received from an approved training Outside Agency.
● Documented and validated ‘On The Job’ experience hours (OJT)
● Visual Acuity performance
