Hand operated DAPTIQ torque tools, torque analysers and calibration equipment for the connected world will be demonstrated at Advanced Engineering 2024 including the unique and patented electromechanical angle-controlled torque wrenches that are ready for integration into the customer’s own IT infrastructure and worker guidance systems. With a seamless transmission of fastener settings and results using radio frequency (868 or 915 MHz), BLE, or a wired interface, they enable the production facility to ensure each bolted joint is secured correctly in real time. When combined with the SmartCheck DAPTIQ torque analyser (which can be integrated with many CAQ systems), the solution also ties pre-use checks of the torque tools into the loop, for added assurance.
