About us

Silverstone Park is a sustainable business community being built by developer and asset manager MEPC, the commercial property development and asset management arm of Federated Hermes.

Operating as a socially cohesive place for people to work, meet and visit, Silverstone Park is located on the Buckinghamshire-Northamptonshire border, adjacent to the world-famous Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit. The scheme is a thriving neighbourhood of state-of-the-art industrial properties and offices, exciting networking events and landscaped grounds steeped in history.

Since MEPC took over management of Silverstone Park in autumn 2013, the number of businesses located there has increased significantly, from around 50 to more than 90. The majority of these operate in advanced engineering, manufacturing, digital, electronics and software development, as well as in professional services that support these industries.

The tech-led companies located at Silverstone are in demand from sectors such as aerospace, automotive, agritech, cleantech, defence, energy, marine, motorsport, scientific research and space.

MEPC’s development of Silverstone Park also has a positive impact in the surrounding region. For example, its Silverstone Park Schools Programme works with business volunteers and local school students to raise their awareness about career types and pathways, whilst it is also a founding member of the influential Silverstone Technology Cluster (STC) organisation.

At AES23, Silverstone Park is partnering with the STC to co-host the VIP Lounge. It is also one of 18 STC business members to be exhibiting as part of the Innovation Zone adjacent to the VIP Lounge
