At Mat-Tech, we have a wealth of experience providing solutions to the industry and scientific research organisations, joining similar and dissimilar materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, molybdenum, refractory metals, and ceramics from prototype and batch production to process development and volume manufacturing.
Mat-Tech Joining Technologies operate from two production facilities in the UK based in Stone, with one being dedicated to critical components manufactured for semiconductor machines.
Mat-Tech is headquartered in the Netherlands where there are two additional production and testing facilities.
Mat-Tech are able to assist with all projects from idea and concept through to prototype and mass production in fabrication of joining solutions such as brazing, diffusion bonding and soldering. Totally in the Mat-Tech Group, there are 11 vacuum furnaces with another 4 furnaces planned to come on line for 2025.
