1) Endeavour: supporting clients with capital purchases, from business case preparation, specifying the right equipment, sourcing and negotiation with suppliers, then full project management until successful commissioning.
2) Discovery: identifying supply chain savings, creating an action plan, then supporting clients to secure them.
3) Oxygen: reviewing the internal policies, processes, and procedures of clients. We generate clear action plans to improve efficiency, including the introduction of third-party software where appropriate.
4) Stellar: providing clients with support related to commercial contracts. From drafting standard and bespoke contracts, reviewing T&C’s from third parties, all the way through the negotiation of amendments to successful conclusion.
5) Horizons: procurement and supply chain training for individuals, either via our standard courses or bespoke training upon client request.
6) Propel: mentoring for procurement professionals. We act as a trusted adviser to help people overcome challenges and improve their performance.
7) Evolve Internal: helping clients to measure their scope 1 and 2 emissions. Includes an action plan on ways to reduce their emissions, and support with implementation where required.
8) Evolve External: scope 3 emissions reporting. We work with clients to engage the major players in their supply chain and then map out the emissions. As well as calculating and reporting, we make recommendations on reducing.
