Sustainable Power: Our Bespoke Battery from Recycled Hybrid Vehicle Cells

We’re excited to share a major milestone in our commitment to sustainable innovation. We’ve designed a bespoke battery specifically for motor testing, utilizing recycled cells from hybrid vehicles. This battery setup not only promotes resource efficiency but also supports our mission to minimize waste in our development process.

Paired with a custom-built Battery Management System (BMS), this battery setup ensures optimal performance, safety, and precise energy management tailored to our testing needs. The BMS monitors individual cells, balances power distribution, and safeguards against any thermal or performance inconsistencies, enabling consistent and reliable motor testing.

This sustainable approach enables us to push the limits of testing while contributing to a more circular economy. Stay tuned as we continue advancing eco-friendly engineering solutions!
