We’re looking for two experienced Technical Sales Engineers to join our growing commercial team. Based from home, one role will cover the Midlands, with extensive travel in the region and the second role will cover the whole of the UK. We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive with the primary role of sales development and management of customers to identify needs, and new sales opportunities and build strong business relationships through calls, emails, and remote meetings. You will need to be proactive in your approach to driving sales growth and developing relationships with new customers, as well as nurturing our existing database. You will act as the liaison between existing and potential customers, Business Development Managers, and other key departments.

We are seeking two Production Operatives to join our team in Whetstone, Leicester. You will be carrying out the day-to-day operation of the raw materials production line for our industry-leading tooling board materials. This includes completing final finishing processes and quality inspections to ensure our end products meet the very highest standards and all quality assurances are met.

Reporting to the Production Team Leaders, the Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth running of the machinery and equipment, as well as performing general maintenance tasks related to the site services. The overall aim of this role will be to minimise downtime through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), improve production facilities, reduce the costs of breakdowns, resource and repairs, and increase overall reliability and safety of the plant, personnel and production processes.

The role of Financial Controller heads up the day-to-day management of the Finance department (team of 5) in support of the FD, providing reporting and analysis of financial data and contributing towards management decisions. This really is a great role to allow growth and development, as the FD is part-time and thus the role requires a degree of autonomy. It also provides the opportunity to implement changes and improvements to ensure the entire finance function and team are efficient and are delivering accurate, robust timely data that enables the Directors to make fully informed decisions.
