Processing thermally conductive silicone materials

Reliable metering, mixing and dispensing of Wacker Semicosil 9672 with vectomix TC

Share:

Thermally conductive materials are always applied when heat has to be transferred consistently from a component to a heatsink – for example in batteries or electronic components. DOPAG has developed the vectomix TC especially for their processing. Components made of hardened steel, special seals and optimised cable guides minimise wear.

Modular design
The system consists of two piston metering units that are available in different sizes and can be combined with each other. This modular design enables a wide range of applications as well as variable mixing ratios, shot sizes and flow rates.
Revised pistons and a new sealing concept for the use of abrasive materials provide increased wear resistance. This ensures an exceptionally long service life and significantly reduces total costs over the complete lifetime.

Easy to operate and maintain
The material supply is also characterised by simple and intuitive operation and maintenance. The single-acting piston pumps have been specially designed for abrasive materials and ensure reliable material delivery.
