Culture+ is an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) platform designed to support startups, scale ups and SMEs to build inclusive cultures from the outset. It is the only platform of its kind developed to help identify and overcome individual and organisational barriers to an inclusive workplace.
Built in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Engineering and Honeycomb Works, it provides guidance on how to implement policies and practices to embed inclusive behaviours and build an organisational culture in engineering startups. This platform will empower businesses to invest in an innovative and engaged workforce that can contribute to long term success.
