In that case, you can add them to the front of the queue as high priorities tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently. Also, by linking with your Scheduler or Planning Board systems, the SFDC writes back when jobs are started and completed to update the schedule in real-time and help you identify any potential delivery delays as soon as possible.
