What are the sustainable features of your product or service?

Nexonar is a camera-based positioning system that operates a no-faults-forward functionality whilst manufacturing. This system tracks multiple assets with a single system which means a significant reduction in the carbon footprint required to manufacture. Production is accurate first time, every time which saves costs to the manufacturers.

Why do you believe your product deserves to be featured on the Sustainability Trail?

Manufacturers are working with extremely high-value and sometimes rare materials. Using Nexonar means reducing the need to scrap product, carry out re-work, and dispose or unusable materials. Desoutter brought Nexonar into its range of solutions, and is part of their commitment to become carbon neutral by 2030. Plus, for every Nexonar system sold in the UK, Desoutter will plant 20 trees.
